I understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending this Event, including: slips, falls, physical injury, and participation in or exposure to adult-oriented activities. I accept full responsibility for my personal health and safety.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event owners, organizers, hosts, venue owners, staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliated parties ("Released Parties") from any and all claims arising out of or related to my attendance, including claims resulting from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from my actions at the Event, injury I cause to another attendee, or any violation of Event rules.
The Event organizers are not providing medical services. I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition. Released Parties are not responsible for medical emergencies, allergic reactions, but may contact emergency services at their discretion.
All participation and interaction must be consensual. I am responsible for clearly communicating my boundaries and may withdraw consent at any time. Organizers do not supervise or control interactions between attendees.
Violation of rules, excessive intoxication, aggressive behavior, or failure to respect consent may result in immediate removal without refund, at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Tarrant County, Texas.
I affirm I am 21 years of age or older, legally permitted to attend, and mentally competent to provide informed consent.
